Characteristics: a precious and rare salt from thousands-year-old mines of Iran. It is sylvinite, a variant of the network of sodium crystal, which makes crystals acquire the blue colour. This salt is uncontaminated, free from additives and anti-agglomerants. It is rich in minerals and oligoelements.

It gives a decisive salty flavour that is not lasting, leaving a pleasant spicy aftertaste.

Composition: rock salt. 

Recommendations: to be ground right at the table; goes well with all dishes to intensify the food flavour. Whole grains can be used as decoration on plates.
