SAFFRON SALT FLAKES
CYPRUS Salt, species from Middle East
Characteristics: natural fine sea salt flakes of the Mediterranean Sea. With its fine pyramid structures, it contains all the flavour of the sea together with the intense taste of saffron and precious mineral substances. These flakes have a distinct taste and saltiness, such that a limited use is recommended; to be sprinkle on cold dishes or at the end of the cooking so as not to alter the saffron aroma.
Composition: marine salt, saffron and curcuma.
Recommendations: ideal for Milanese risottos, paellas, bouillabaisse, soups, tomatoes and sauces, seafood and shellfishes; adds taste to cold dishes, rice salads, puffs pastries and pizza dough.
