Characteristics: from a mixture of marine salt coming from the French Atlantic Coast and the precious seaweeds from Britain, we get a salt rich in iodine, oligoelements, minerals and fibres, with distinct scent of the sea and the reduced sodium content. It intensifies the flavour of fish-based dishes and, when salting properly, it brings on the table the fragrance of the sea.
Composition: integral sea salt of the Atlantic Ocean and the mix of seaweeds of Brittany: Palmaria Palmata (Dulse), Porphyra Umbillicalis (Nori), Ulva Lactuca (Sea lettuce).
Recommendations: ideal on mussels, shellfishes, seafood, fish soup, seafood salads, baked potato and fish or grilled fish, sushi, garlic bread, scrambled eggs and green salads.
