SMOKED Salt Italian Beech Wood

Characteristics: precious and really salty, of honey -nearly chestnut- colour. With high content of minerals, this salt is characterized by its distinctive flavour to be used to season pasta carbonara, soups, eggs, cooked vegetables, baked potatoes, and cheese gratins.
Composition: sea salt in grains smoked under cold conditions with Italian beech wood.
